This year’s REACT survey was a great success! The survey is officially closed, and we just wanted to take a moment to send our sincere appreciation to all our residents.
What is the REACT survey?
This is an annual resident satisfaction survey Simpson uses to gather confidential feedback from our residents. The goal of this survey is to help us understand what we do well and where we can improve. Resident satisfaction is of the utmost importance and to ensure confidentiality, the survey is conducted by a 3rd party – the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc.
We value the time each resident spends providing this important feedback. As a thank you, we are holding a national drawing which gives residents who completed the survey and entered, a chance to win up to 1-month free rent!*
When will the winners be announced?
REACT just concluded but CEL & Associates, Inc. will draw names of the winners soon. Once winners are drawn, Simpson will contact each winner before making an official announcement. Be sure to check back here to see who our winners are!

We recognize there are many apartment home choices available, and we are honored our residents have chosen a Simpson community as the place they call home. We strive to not only achieve, but exceed our resident’s expectations and the REACT survey is a way to determine whether we are meeting that goal.
Keeping that goal in our sights resulted in 2022 being the 20th year in a row Simpson received the A-List Award for Excellence in Customer Service! Also in 2022, 8 of our communities were awarded the Platinum A-List Award and 43 communities were awarded the A-List Award. Find out more here.
We couldn’t achieve these accolades without our residents’ participation in the REACT survey, and we truly appreciate the time it takes to provide feedback. We look forward to reviewing all the 2023 responses!
*Employees of CEL & Associates, Inc. and of Simpson Housing LLLP are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Free rent is only applicable to the actual monthly rent and does not apply to additional monthly charges (pet rent, etc.). Winners must maintain residency to receive prizes.
